1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Agent Bridge (agentbridge.life), including the agent portal, agency portal, softphone, call routing, account credits, subscriptions, call logs, dispute tools, and related services (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at signup, purchasing credits, subscribing, receiving calls, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform and do not purchase credits. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an agency, business, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes it.
2. What Agent Bridge Is
Agent Bridge is a call-routing, pay-per-call platform for licensed insurance agents and agencies. Consumers dial phone numbers operated by the Platform in response to advertising; the Platform routes each call to an available, eligible agent; and the agent or their agency pays a per-call price for billable calls.
Agent Bridge is not an insurance carrier or an insurance agency and does not sell insurance to consumers. Agents and agencies using the Platform are independent businesses, not employees, partners, or agents of Agent Bridge.
3. Eligibility, Licensing, and Your Account
To use the Platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold and maintain every insurance producer license required for the states and product verticals in which you take calls, and keep those licenses in good standing for as long as you take calls.
- Provide accurate and current account, business, and licensing information, including your National Producer Number (NPN).
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Misrepresenting your identity, licensing, or eligibility results in immediate suspension. We may also deny, suspend, or restrict access where we believe account information is inaccurate, required licensing is missing or lapsed, payment risk is elevated, or use of the Platform creates legal, compliance, or operational risk.
4. Per-Call Billing
Each product vertical has a flat per-call price, shown to you before you go live to take calls in that vertical. A call is billable when either of the following is true:
- The call stays connected beyond the vertical’s posted buffer duration; or
- Any sale is recorded on the call, regardless of duration.
The price applied to a call is the price in effect at the moment the call is dialed to you. Later price changes do not affect calls already placed.
5. Credits and Prepaid Balance
Billable calls are funded by prepaid account credits. Credits are a prepayment for Platform services: they are not a deposit, are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, earn no interest, and are non-refundable once posted to your account, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Credits do not guarantee any outcome. We do not guarantee call volume, lead quality, that calls will be answered, that callers will be eligible or interested, that any call will convert, or that you will earn any commission or revenue.
6. Subscriptions
Access to the Platform also requires a monthly seat subscription: $49/month for an individual agent seat, $79/month for an agency seat (covering the agency’s roster), and an optional $449/month white-label add-on for agencies. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds. Non-payment may result in paused call routing and restricted access after any applicable grace period.
7. Negative Balances and Set-Off
Because calls are billed when they complete, your balance can go negative for calls already in flight when your credits run out. Any negative balance is a debt you owe us, due immediately. You authorize us to set off that deficit against future credit purchases, payments, or account adjustments.
8. Call Billing Disputes
The Platform provides an in-app process to dispute a specific call charge. This process is your exclusive remedy for complaints about call quality or call billing. It works as follows:
- Only billed calls can be disputed.
- Each call may be disputed once.
- A dispute must be filed within 14 days of the call.
- Disputes must state one of the enumerated reasons: caller from a state you are not licensed in; not a real prospect; dead air or a technical problem; duplicate caller; or another reason described in an accompanying note.
- The sole remedy for an approved dispute is a credit back to your account balance. Disputes do not create a right to a cash refund.
- Agent Bridge’s determination on a dispute is final.
We may deny disputes that are late, unsupported, inconsistent with call records, or based on sales results rather than billing eligibility.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
You agree to contact us first about any billing concern before involving your card issuer or bank. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for credits that were purchased, authorized, and posted to your account, we may freeze your account, pause call routing, and recover the disputed amount plus processor fees and dispute costs from your account balance.
We may submit account records — including your acceptance of these Terms, checkout and payment records, credit ledger entries, call logs, and call recordings — as evidence in contesting a chargeback. Nothing in these Terms prevents a cardholder from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived, including valid claims of unauthorized use or genuine billing error.
10. Call Recording and Monitoring
All calls routed through the Platform are recorded, transcribed, and analyzed — including by automated AI systems — for quality assurance, training, billing, compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. By using the Platform, you consent to this recording, monitoring, and analysis.
You must give the required spoken recorded-line disclosure at the start of every call, as set out in the mandatory call script. Failing to disclose recording may result in loss of dispute rights, suspension, or termination.
11. Consumer Data Restrictions
Caller data you receive through the Platform — including phone numbers, recordings, transcripts, and information entered into call scripts — may be used only to service that consumer’s inquiry. You may not resell it, use it to build lists, use it for remarketing or outbound campaigns, or share it with anyone else.
Violating this section results in termination, and you agree to indemnify Agent Bridge for any resulting claims as described in Section 17.
12. Conduct and Compliance
As an agent or agency using the Platform, you agree to:
- Follow the call scripts, disclosures, and rules posted for each vertical you take calls in.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including insurance solicitation and marketing rules, telemarketing laws, and privacy laws.
- Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct on calls or on the Platform.
- Not attempt to bypass the Platform’s billing, routing, licensing, or compliance controls.
13. Intellectual Property and Platform License
Agent Bridge owns or licenses the Platform, including its software, designs, scripts, routing logic, documentation, reports, logos, and trademarks. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended business purpose while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or otherwise misuse the Platform or its content.
14. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing, Telnyx for telephony, and other providers for transcription, AI analysis, hosting, and email. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or decisions of third-party providers that affect Platform availability or your account.
15. Suspension, Termination, and Records
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created payment or compliance risk, misused consumer data, or engaged in conduct harmful to consumers, other users, or Agent Bridge. Suspension or termination does not create a right to a cash refund for credits already posted, except where required by law.
We create and retain records of Platform activity — including accepted Terms, credit ledgers, call logs, recordings, transcripts, and support communications — and may use and disclose them for billing, fraud prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, chargeback response, and enforcement of these Terms.
16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Bridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost commissions, or lost opportunities, arising from or relating to the Platform, calls, credits, routing, payment processing, third-party services, or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Bridge’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to Agent Bridge in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Bridge and its officers, employees, and providers from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of law or these Terms, your failure to hold required licenses, statements you make on calls, or your misuse of consumer data.
18. Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and Class Waiver
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Platform, credits, payments, calls, or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. You and Agent Bridge each waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing-Law State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date, and, for material changes, by providing notice through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may require you to accept the then-current Terms before future purchases.
