Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Agent Bridge (agentbridge.life) collects, uses, shares, and retains information. It covers two groups of people: the licensed insurance agents and agencies who use the platform, and the consumers who call platform phone numbers. Use of the platform is also governed by our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect from Agents and Agencies

  • Account information — name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), and agency affiliation.
  • Licensing information — your National Producer Number (NPN) and the states and product lines you are licensed for.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never store your card numbers; we keep records of your purchases, subscriptions, and credit balance.
  • Usage information — logins, availability status, call activity, and how you use the platform.

3. Information About Callers

When a consumer calls a platform phone number, we collect and process:

  • The caller’s phone number.
  • The caller’s state, derived from the area code.
  • Call recordings and transcripts.
  • AI-generated summaries and analysis of the call.
  • Information the agent enters into the call script while servicing the call, which may include age, health conditions, income bracket, and beneficiary information.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Route calls to available, licensed agents.
  • Bill calls and manage credits and subscriptions.
  • Perform quality assurance and compliance review.
  • Resolve call billing disputes.
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
  • Improve the platform and our services.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with:

  • The licensed agent or agency who receives the call — so they can service the caller’s inquiry. Agents and agencies are contractually restricted to using caller data only for that purpose.
  • Service providers that operate the platform on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Telnyx (telephony and recording storage), Deepgram (transcription), Anthropic (AI analysis), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (infrastructure), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), and PostHog (product and marketing analytics — see Cookies and Analytics below).
  • Legal and safety recipients — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, including in payment-dispute proceedings.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use a first-party analytics cookie to understand how people find and use the platform — which pages they visit, which marketing campaign or referral brought them, and which steps of signup they complete. Our analytics provider is PostHog, which processes this information on our behalf on servers in the United States.

What we collect for analytics:

  • Pages viewed and links clicked on our public website.
  • The referring site and any campaign parameters (for example utm_source) present in the link you arrived through.
  • Device, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • For signed-in agents and agencies: account milestones such as completing signup, funding a wallet, or taking a first call, together with your email address and account attributes.

What we never send to analytics: caller phone numbers, call recordings, call transcripts, or the content of any consumer call. Phone numbers are stripped automatically before analytics data leaves our systems.

We share conversion events — for example, that an account funded a wallet — with advertising platforms including Google and Meta so we can measure which campaigns work. Where an email address is used to match those events, it is cryptographically hashed before it is sent. To opt out of analytics and this sharing, contact us at the address in the Contact section and we will disable it for your account.

7. Call Recording

Calls to platform phone numbers may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed. Agents are required to disclose at the start of every call that the call is on a recorded line.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, per our data-retention schedule. Call recordings for regulated insurance verticals may be retained for up to 10 years where required by law.

9. Do-Not-Call Requests

Any caller may ask not to be contacted again. Such requests are added to our internal do-not-call suppression list and honored across the platform. Callers can make the request during a call or by emailing support@agentbridge.life.

10. Your Choices: Access and Deletion

To request access to, or deletion of, information we hold about you, email support@agentbridge.life. We will verify your request and respond as applicable law requires. Some records — such as billing ledgers and recordings we must retain for legal or compliance reasons — may be exempt from deletion.

11. Security

We protect information with measures including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, and vendor security review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

The platform is for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be noticed through the platform.
